All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your payment method account in the amount of the incorrect price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

SplitKey will make every effort to ship products within the timeframe specified on the product page or at checkout. However, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays that are outside of our control, such as delays due to shipping carrier issues, weather, or customs for international shipments.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please ask us before you attempt to return these items.

6. Warranty

SplitKey provides a 1-year limited warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SplitKey, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and SplitKey, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our products.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
